Late Policy
Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Service are NON REFUNDABLE!! You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.
Late Policy
There is a five minute grace period
in place, after five minutes you will be charged $1 per minute that you are late for your appointment. After fifteen minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment and pay another deposit.
